Lawmakers in Newburyport, Massachusetts, have approved allocating $130,000 to replace 13 parking kiosks. City officials have tested the new kiosks and found them "more than satisfactory," according to City Clerk Richard Jones. The existing kiosks, by contrast, were unsatisfactory, according to a report in The Daily News.
Barry Connell, the council president, said the new kiosks would also better fit the city's digital parking system.
