Mainstream media picking up on increase of self-service in banks

It's no secret that banks are deploying touchscreens, video-tellers and kiosks, but the trend is even catching the eye of mainstream media.

The Wall Street Journal recently interviewed NCR Corp.'s BrianBailey, vice president of branch transformation, about why the technology is now so important in the banking industry.

Representatives from Wells Fargo & Co. Bank of America and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. also weighed in on how they are embracing self-service.
