MagTek achieves PCI certification for DynaFlex II PED

MagTek, a provider of security technology and retail electronic payments, has achieved PCI PTS 6.x PED certification as a PIN Entry Device for its DynaFlex II, according to a press release.

The DynaFlex II family of products offers a range of payment acceptance options within a compact form factor, including an integrated secure card reader authenticator that supports magnetic stripe cards, barcodes, EMV chip contact, EMV contactless and NFC-enabled mobile wallets like Samsung Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

DynaFlex II PED enhances the payment experience with its touchscreen, allowing for displaying graphics like QR codes, signature capture, manual entry of card data and now secure PIN entry, making it suitable for both point-of-sale and banking applications.
