Love's Media Group reported that an eight-week advertising campaign for an unnamed beverage brand generated a 23% increase in incremental unit sales and a 19.6% increase in incremental dollar sales at participating Love's Travel Stops locations, according to a press release.

The campaign promoted a three-for-$9 beverage offer and ran from Feb. 26 through April 22, 2026. The results highlight the potential of retail media networks to influence purchasing decisions at convenience stores and travel centers.

The campaign combined digital advertising with traditional promotional materials to reach customers throughout their visits. Advertising placements included in-store digital screens, fuel pump displays, exterior signage, posters, restroom flyers and counter mats. Love's said the coordinated approach was designed to reinforce the promotion from the time customers arrived until they completed their purchases, demonstrating how retailers can use multiple advertising channels to increase product visibility.

Love's measured the campaign's performance using a test-and-control analysis conducted with MarketDial, comparing participating locations with similar stores that did not run the campaign. The analysis included 51 control stores after four outliers were excluded and found the 23% incremental unit sales increase to be statistically significant at a 99% confidence level. Tommy Greenberg, general manager of Love's Media Group, said in the release that the results demonstrate the company's ability to connect advertising exposure with measurable sales performance.
