Look who's talking — an NYC kiosk

Newsday: A talking kiosk resembling an ATM will help blind or sight-impaired passengers get around a ferry terminal in lower Manhattan, N.Y. The kiosk was unveiled this week at Whitehall Ferry terminal; a similar kiosk was installed last year at Staten Island's St. George Ferry terminal.
