You could pop out to buy groceries and decide to pick up a DVD, too. … People who use the kiosks tend to be casual viewers who don't want to be tied down to subscriptions or membership fees. They want to be able to do it on impulse with the minimum of fuss. The price is low because it's a kiosk and you haven't got the rent and staff costs of a store.
