Livewire electronic concierge makes debut at pro golf stop

York, Penn. - Livewire's next-generation of its self-service electronic concierge technology made its debut at the Verizon Heritage Golf Tournament in Hilton Head Island. According to a new release, the kiosks were located at the tournament to provide event information as well as information about local dining, retail, lodging and entertainment establishments.

Attendees were able to purchase discounted tickets to next year's tournament through the kiosk. With its integrated digital signage, local venues also were able to display multimedia advertisements alongside local weather forecasts and top news stories on an adjacent 32-inch LCD screen. Other similar Livewire-powered kiosks are deployed throughout Hilton Head Island at various malls, visitors' centers, and resorts offering concierge-style information.
