LibraryWorks gives ITC Systems ‘gold’ status for self-service library services

LibraryWorks, an independent library technology information resource, has granted "gold" status to ITC Systems, a provider of cashless integrated transaction control systems, in its seventh annual Modern Library Awards which recognize top products and services in the library industry, according to a press release.

ITC Systems provides libraries a self-serve solution that focuses on pay for printing and copying, fine payments, point-of-sale transactions, scanning and PC reservations. The solution integrates with the library management system for patron look-up, which includes the capability to satisfy fines and fees within the account.

The printing solution handles both on-premise and cloud-based bring-your-own-device print management for a pay-for-print service within a library setting.

Pay stations complete the ability to make all solutions truly self-serve, whether the need is for cash acceptance, credit/debit transactions or back to an internal or external account such as those in a campus setting.
