Library visitors validate parking by kiosk

Bethesda (Md.) Gazette: Bethesda Library's new parking system requires patrons to validate parking at an electronic kiosk inside the library.With the new system, drivers must validate parking at the kiosk and be charged if they park for longer than two hours.
