Korean EV charging station maker to open Texas manufacturing plant, create 183 jobs

SK Signet, a South Korea based manufacturer of EV charging stations, will open its first U.S. production facility in Plano, Texas, creating 183 manufacturing and R&D jobs by 2026, according to a nbcdfw.com report.

The plant will produce more than 10,000 charging stations with 350 to 400 kilowatts to enable charging in 15 to 20 minutes.
