Korea telecom teams with Deep Brain AI on customer service kiosks

KT, South Korea's largest telecom company, has teamed with Deep Brain AI, an artificial intelligence provider, to introduce customer service kiosks that can communicate with humans, according to a UPI News Korea report.

A spokesperson said the companies are working with universities to create AI with human-like conversational skills.

The company plans to name the service "Giga Gini AI Human."
