Kiosk software companyKioWarehas announced it has released version 4.9.0 of its KioWare Server and KioCloud kiosk management solutions. These tools are designed to allow users to manage kiosks, obtain analytics, manage content and perform other tasks, according to a press release.
All KioWare products can be utilized to lock down tablets, desktops and Android/Windows smartphones. KioWare software products can be used to lock devices down into kiosk mode to secure the operating system, home screen and application usage.
The new KioWare Server and KioCloud offer a new user interface and layout for customizing kiosk options and features, according to the press release. KioCloud specifically allows users to access a cloud-based subscription option for remote kiosk management.
KioWare Sever is available for a free 30-day trial, and users can request a demo of KioCloud. Users need to have current support to upgrade their KioWare Server.
