NEW YORK, N.Y. -- The balloting program for the 2004 NBA All-Star Game will expand this season to include 17 languages on the NBA.com Network, downloadable ballots via Verizon Wireless, and kiosks at new retail partners like Foot Locker and Circuit City, and about 150 Loews Cineplex Entertainment movie theaters nationwide.
NBA All-Star Balloting will tip-off on Nov.13 and runs until Jan.18. The 2004 NBA All-Star Game takes place Feb.15, 2004.
NBA All-Star Balloting voting centers will be set up in 2,100 Foot Locker and Champs Sports stores across the U.S. and Canada, according to a news release.
In conjunction with the national launch of 989 Sports'NBA ShootOut 2004, electronic All-Star ballots will be available at Internet-ready kiosks at the more than 600 Circuit City locations across the country.
Voting will take place at Loews Cineplex movie theaters throughout the U.S. The All-Star Balloting program coincides with the Holiday movie-release schedule, one of the motion picture industry's busiest seasons.
