KIOSKmarketplace.com publisher to co-produce The Kiosk Show

July 27, 2004

LOUISVILLE, Ky., July 21, 2004 - NetWorld Alliance, publisher of KIOSKmarketplace.com and Kiosks.org and manager of Kiosks.org Association, announced today that it will co-produce The Kiosk Show, an annual event aimed at the kiosk end-user market.

The Kiosk Show is the premier event of the year focusing on executives and decision makers at companies that have already or plan on deploying self service and electronic kiosk programs. The Kiosk Show is unique in that exhibitors are either complete solution providers or will team up to provide a complete package to the attendees.

The arrangement comes after NetWorld Alliance acquired the kiosk-related properties of VOYAGI Inc. In addition to The Kiosk Show, those properties are KIOSK magazine and KIOSK.com. The next show is Oct. 7-8, 2004, in Boston.

Lief Larson, president of VOYAGI Inc., will remain heavily involved, jointly coordinating the show with NetWorld Alliance senior vice-president Greg Swistak.

NetWorld Alliance has a strong history of publishing online and print news and information in vertical industries (www.KIOSKmarketplace.com) and of serving the kiosk market through its management of Kiosks.org Association (www.kiosks.org).

"With self-service technology changing the way Americans work, shop, learn and do business, the potential for this industry is immense," said Dick Good, NetWorld Alliance CEO. "By acquiring The Kiosk Show and VOYAGI's other properties, we feel better equipped than ever to help take it to the next level."

Swistak, who also serves as executive director of Kiosks.org Association, said he couldn't be more pleased to play a role in The Kiosk Show.

"Lief Larson had a vision three years ago and stuck to it: The industry needed a show where end-users could see, test-drive and buy complete, turnkey solutions," Swistak said. "He has already produced two very special shows, and I'm thrilled he will be right in the mix with us for the third one to make it even better for attendees and exhibitors alike."

Larson said his team would support NetWorld Alliance and The Kiosk Show indefinitely.

"We believe the combined experience and energy will afford the marketplace a much stronger show, and look forward to cooperating with NetWorld to expand its offerings in this and other related areas."

About the Show
Companies currently considering interactive, self-service technology for their business environment are the target audience of The Kiosk Show. Related verticals include retail, government, hospitality, telecommunications, medical, education, gaming, financial services, and others.

Larson said Boston was chosen for the third Kiosk Show for several reasons. "First, it is the stomping ground of several large, high-tech corporations. Second, it has major airports and travel lines, as well as affordable accommodations. Third, it is an easy trip from New York, Washington and Philadelphia. Last, but not least, it was voted the No. 1 spot via our survey we've been conducting for the past year.

Mixing the old world and the new, the venue in Boston is an historic military armory.
