KioskCom Interactive Kiosk Excellence Award nominees announced

NEW YORK - KioskCom LLC, the organizers of KioskCom.com 2005, have announced in a news release the finalists of their Interactive Kiosk Excellence Awards contest. The awards, established in 2002, recognize the top interactive self-service applications. This awards contest focuses on the success of the project for the companies that have implemented kiosks - not on the kiosk technology supplier - and aims to help companies promote these successful self-service technology programs

"We had an overwhelming number of submissions for this year's Interactive Kiosk Excellence Awards," said Lawrence Dvorchik, KioskCom.com's chief operating officer and the executive director for the awards program. "The applicants continue to set the standards of excellence for future interactive self-service technology implementations."

Written applications were reviewed by an independent panel of judges to determine the finalists. All finalists will participate in a final usability testing on April 18 at KioskCom.com 2005 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Winners of the awards will be announced at the KioskCom.com's Interactive Kiosk Excellence Awards Dinner and Ceremony at 7:30 pm on April 19.
