Kiosk Seminar & Expo set for Sept. 17-18

July 23, 2003

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- Increased productivity, customer service and profitability will be the training focus of this year's Kiosk Show Seminar & Expo, according to show producer Voyagi Inc.

Billed as "the largest full solution kiosk event in the world," and sponsored by Kiosk magazine and Kioskmarketplace.com, the Kiosk Show will offer attendees two days of information-packed seminars. An expanded expo hall, many new exhibiting sponsors and new product releases will provide seminar goers with an exclusive introduction to new kiosk technology from industry leaders, according to a press release.

The Kiosk Show will be in Long Beach, Calif., Sept. 17-18, 2003. This event, developed specifically for end-user buyers of interactive, self-service kiosk technology, will be hosted at the newly remodeled Hyatt Regency Oceanfront LBC.

Information and technology demonstrations will be available for many vertical channels including retail, banking, hospitality, Internet access, entertainment, human resources, travel and tourism, and photo finishing, the release said.

"We're very excited about The Kiosk Show coming up. We've expanded on the reach of the event and have special plans for a unique format and a new TechnoTour program," said Jennifer Eyrich, seminar and expo director.

"Attendees will get to walk away from the show educated about interactive, self-service kiosk systems, and will be aware of cutting-edge technology from major companies developing full kiosk solutions," she said. Eyrich explained that the event has been designed to make finding a kiosk solution as simple as possible.

Seminar and Expo admission is free to those who qualify on or before Aug. 22, 2003, or $399 after Aug. 22, 2003. Kiosks.org, Kioskmarketplace.com and Kiosk magazine members/visitors/readers can save $100 with a code.
