Passengers at self-serve custom kiosks at Canadian airports and border crossings Sunday were forced to wait up to four hours due to a kiosk network outage, according to a CP24 report. Passengers were forced to fill out forms manually until the network was restored at about 7:35 p.m.
A spokesperson for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority said a network controlled by Canada Border Services Agency caused the problem.
