KIOSK Magazine presents awards for excellence

KIOSK Magazine presented its annual KIOSK Magazine Awards to companies that set standards of excellence and challenged existing technology in the kiosk industry, according to a news release issued by the magazine.
Judging took place June 9-29. The winners have the recommendation of KIOSK Magazine for integration into any kiosk project.
Awards were presented to:
- Car America Systems, winner, Small Business Excellence, for the Mitsubishi In-Store kiosk.
- CeroView, winner, Turnkey Excellence, for the Ambassade kiosk.
- Degasoft, honorable mention, Software Design Excellence, for Kudos 6.0 kiosk design and management software.
- Frank Mayer & Associates Inc., winner, Enclosure Design Excellence, for the UNICRU Employment kiosk.
- Fujitsu Takamisawa America Inc., winner, Output Design Excellence, for its FTP-602U printer.
- Input Technologies LLC, winner, Input Design Excellence, for its MKEm-85 keyboard.
- Netkey Inc., winner, Most Innovative Product, for Creator 5.0 kiosk design software, and winner, Software Design Excellence, for its Manager remote management software.
- Seiko Instruments Inc., honorable mention, Output Design Excellence, for its KPU-S347 printer.
- Sophisticated Circuits Inc., winner, Peripheral Design Excellent, for its Kick-off! Crash recovery USB device for Macintosh computers.
- Sortimo International GmbH, honorable mention, Enclosure Design Excellence, for the Tikit Easy kiosk.
- Storm Data Entry Technology , honorable mention, Input Design Excellence, for its 2200 Series keyboard.
- Swecoin USA, honorable mention, Peripheral Design Excellence, for its TTP A4 printer.
- Team Linux/Explore, honorable mention, Most Innovative Product, for the S2000 Chamelean kiosk.
