Kiosk Information Systems teams with UST on touchless checkout solution

Kiosk Information Systems, a kiosk manufacturer, has teamed with UST, a digital transformation solutions provider, to create a self-service retail AI vision checkout platform, according to a press release.

The touchless checkout solution includes both voice and gesture-based UI checkout interaction alternatives, combined with payment options including QR code-based payments, app wallets, contactless cards and cash.

UST vision checkout is built in partnership with Intel and hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
