Kiosk goes to Texas jail

(Wichita Falls, Texas) Times Record News: The Wichita County, Texas, jail has begun providing kiosks for inmates to have money added to their commissary accounts by friends and family members. The money deposited at the kiosk, online or by phone, will automatically be credited to the prisoner's account. Profits through the service go to an inmate trust fund, which is used in the jail system to buy TVs, basketballs and games for the inmates.
