Kiosk company adds marketing element to focus

NEWTON, N.J. - Kiosks@WDC, a kiosk management company started last year as a consulting and services provider for kiosk deployers, has added a sales and marketing component.

The company originally offered product consultation, installation, remote management and maintenance services. The new component includes marketing plan development and implementation and product distribution services.

"We have discovered in soliciting for new kiosk hardware integration business that several start-up companies possess a blockbuster kiosk product, but lack the resources to effectively market and distribute that product," said Robin Wiedeman, Kiosks@WDC vice president of business development.

Wiedeman, who formerly worked in the marketing department at Knoll Pharmaceutical, joined Kiosks@WDC in June to develop this program.
