JustWebIt wraps up deal for gift-card imaging firm

OREM, Utah -- Kiosk management company JustWebIt.com Inc. (OTCBB:JWIT) has finalized a cash-and-stock purchase of Market Reach Communications Inc., a variable data imaging company focused on fundraising and gift registry programs, and greeting cards.

JustWebIt officials said the deal would bring innovative management into the company and further diversify its holdings.

The Market Reach deal is one of several the Orem, Utah-based company has been developing in recent months. The company has also purchased Internet kiosk deployer H.J. Ventures Inc. and has signed a letter-of-intent to purchase Dallas-based Datalink Management Enterprises Inc. (See story: JustWebIt to purchase processing company).
