JustWebIt to purchase processing company

OREM, Utah - E-commerce development and kiosk management company JustWebIt.com Inc.is adding financial processing to its array of holdings. The company announced Feb. 12 that it has signed a letter-of-intent to purchase Dallas-based Datalink Management Enterprises Inc. Datalink specializes in Internet-based credit card processing, MasterCard card issuance, and electronic check processing. No details of the acquisition were announced.

Greg Johnson, JustWebIt chief executive officer, said Datalink would fit nicely into the company's strategic goals and would enhance its e-commerce tools.

"The Datalink Management business is a great complement to our core business and other pending acquisition," Johnson said in a news release.

Last November, JustWebIt acquired Internet kiosk deployer H.J. Ventures Inc. in a stock deal (See story: JustWebIt finalizes H.J. Ventures deal). The company is currently completing due diligence for the purchase of imaging company Market Reach Communications Inc.
