OREM, Utah - Development company JustWebIt.com Inc. (OTCBB:JWIT) completed an agreement to purchase kiosk provider H.J. Ventures Inc. on Nov. 29. JustWebIt will issues 12 million shares of common stock to purchase privately owned H.J. Ventures.

The agreement gives JustWebIt access to more than 200 public-access kiosks located in areas such as truck stops and transportation centers.

"This acquisition brings new revenue streams to JustWebIt through Internet kiosk user fees and revenues from Internet kiosk sales," Greg Johnson, JustWebIt president and chief executive officer, said in a news release.

JustWebIt provides Internet design and technical support, and is a domain host for e-commerce business. The company's stock was trading at two cents on Nov. 30.
