April 23, 2002

SAN FRANCISCO - Internet real estate company SOMA Living has named Judi Keenholtz, a 23-year veteran of the Bay Area's real estate industry, its new executive vice president.

Originally from New York City, Keenholtz moved to the Bay Area in 1977 and has worked for several high-profile real estate companies, including Valley of California and Coldwell Banker. She founded and became president of Pacific Union's Real Estate Group in Contra Costa County in 1989, and in 1996 became one of the founding executives of SOMA Living.

Located in San Francisco's South of Market area, SOMA Living's pilot store boasts computer kiosks to search for properties. Two new Northern California SOMA Living stores are planned before the end of this year followed by two more California locations early next year. By the end of 2001, SOMA Living expects to have 14 stores open, including stores in Chicago, Boston and New York City.
