JNL Technologies announces SafeHealth, a visitor screening tool

JNL Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of safety and security products for the long-term care industry, has introduced its SafeHealth screening kiosk, which includes an infrared sensor and a touchscreen, according to a press release. This tool allows companies check the temperatures of visitors and to create an electronic screening record of anyone entering a property.

The sensor scans the area between the forehead and the bridge of the nose and captures the temperature.

The touchscreen prompts the user to answer questions determined by the operator to screen them, then records the answers.

The kiosk does not include a camera.
