Japan tire market offers food, games and more from vintage vending machines

Visitors to the Used Tire Market in Sagamihara near Tokyo will not go hungry while waiting to have their tires changed, thanks to the rows of vintage vending machines selling hot noodles, seep-fried tofu, toasted sandwiches, popcorn, glass-bottle Coca-Cola and other items, according to a Stars And Stripes report.

Non-food items include batteries, umbrellas, medical masks, celebrity photos and toys.

There are also arcade games.
