NEW YORK -- Advertising-based kiosk provider Interactive Information Inc. has announced the asset acquisition of e-Commerce-driven kiosk company co.brand.it Inc. to form the E-Kiosk Company (TEKI).
The newly merged corporation operates an e-kiosk network that utilizes powerful front-end and back-end systems, including highly advanced, user-friendly, touchscreen monitors, as well as the ability to manage and track large scale e-kiosk deployment from manufacturing to sales.
TEKI now operates e-kiosks or has signed contracts for e-kiosk placement with the largest mall operators, airport authorities, airline companies and hotel chains in the world including Delta Air Lines, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Marriott Corp., Ramada Inn Corp., the Simon Mall Group (America's largest Mall operators), the Rouse Mall Company, Pyramid Mall Management, the Buick Open (PGA Tour) and many local municipalities. The partnership could result in the deployment of thousands of kiosks over the next few years.
A major deal with a leading on-line broker will be announced at TEKI's media launching, which will be held in conjunction with Delta and the Port Authority and coincide with the company's first kiosk deployments within the Delta terminals at JFK Airport, now scheduled for mid-December.
