NEW YORK -- R/GA, known for designing kiosks at Ellis Island, this week won high marks in Adweek's annual "interactive agency report card" issue. The firm was the only entrant to receive the top mark of an "A".
Criteria on the report card include creative (visual-design executions, strength of the user experience); technology (development of proprietary tools); management (running the business in a tough economic environment); and numbers (revenue, employee productivity).
R/GA stated in a news release that it aims to create user-centric experiences that sell products by engaging customers and building brands across interactive channels from the Web to broadband/enhanced television and wireless devices. The agency received top grades for creative and technology.
