InMotion Entertainment adds digital kiosks

SEATTLE — Displayware, a provider of digital media technology solutions, announced that InMotion Entertainment, the largest entertainment and electronics airport retailer in the U.S., has implemented Displayware's DIGpad digital filling kiosk. The company has deployed DIGpad across 22 of its airport retail locations nationwide and has plans to expand to 20 additional stores by year-end.

DIGpad is a software and kiosk system that gives retailers complete control of their in-store digital merchandising programs. With DIGpad, shoppers can sample, purchase and download a full range of digital products, including music, movies, videos, books and other digital products directly to the majority of portable media devices such as Apple iPhones, iPods, and Windows DRM-equipped devices. In addition to purchased content, the system allows merchants to offer other information-based content like product comparisons, how-to guides and audio tours to consumers.
