Ingenico to equip French rugby stadiums with payment kiosks

Ingenico, a payment solutions provider, has teamed with AVEM, a French provider of payment systems for banks, merchants and retailers, to equip French Rugby stadiums starting this month with payment solutions, according to a press release.
Stadiums and arenas serve as a hub for various commerce experiences from parking to purchasing and picking up tickets to dining.
Ingenico's new AXIUM EX6000 offers a paperless payment solution.
"We are excited to support Ingenico in this exciting project," Pascal Pailhon, sales director at AVEM, said in the press release. "Our work will not only help to enhance the fan experience in stadiums across France but will also be vital when it comes to showcasing the innovation and convenience of Ingenico solutions."
