Info Touch launches bill-payment for California utilities

BURNABY, BC - Info Touch Technologies Corp., owners of the TIO Network, announced an agreement with both San Diego Gas and Electric and Southern California Gas Company to launch a new self-serve automated bill-payment program that allows customers to pay bills with cash, check or money order at 14 terminals in 10 southern California locations.
