SIGN MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

BURNABY, BC, February 6^th 2001. Hamed Shahbazi, Chairman and CEO of Info Touch Technologies Corp. (www.infotouch.net) (CDNX: IFT), and Mr. Doug Hayden, Technology and Application Specialist, announce the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Company and SMED International. The proposed partnership brings together complementary strengths, with Info Touch's state-of-the-art Surfnet Premiere software and SMED's leading-edge commercial design. SMED is a designer of tomorrow's "smart" commercial space integrating a flexible and responsive infrastructure, including technology, wiring and communication devices along with commercial space layout and design.
