Indiana to install first Narcan vending machine in county jail

Indiana will install its first Narcan vending machine in the lobby of the St. Joseph County Jail to reduce opioid overdose deaths, according to a South Bend Tribune report.

The Narcan, also called naloxone, will be free to residents.

The cost of the machine has been covered by grants through the governor's office.
