Indiana newspaper calls for vehicle registration kiosk

The Indiana BMV should provide a kiosk if it decides, as proposed, to close the Nappanee BMV branch, according to an editorial in The Goshen News.

The BMV Connect kiosks can handle registrations for new vehicles, vehicle registration renewal, watercraft registration renewal and other vehicle related tasks.

The editorial noted that Nappanee, the third largest city in Elkhart County, does not have readily available Internet access.
