Residents of Montgomery County, Indiana, will have access to free legal services from a self-serve kiosk on the first floor of the county courthouse, according to a press release.

The kiosk was provided by the Montgomery County Courts and Clerk, in conjunction with the Indiana Bar Foundation. The kiosk provides immediate access to self-help legal forms and other information through the Indiana Legal Help website.

These forms include guardianship, custody, divorce, foreclosure, name change, estates, driver's license issues and conviction expungement. The kiosk includes a printer so all forms can be prepared on site for filing with the clerk's office.

The Montgomery Courthouse is located at 100 East Main Street in Crawfordsville and is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is closed on holidays.
