Indian electric company deploying bill-pay kiosks

India's government-owned power distributor Central Electricity Supply Utility of Orissa is deploying 100 bill-payment kiosks that accept payment by cash or debit/credit, according to The Times of India.

CESU distributes electricity to about one third of the state's population. Each of CESU's 65 sub-divisions will have at least one kiosk.
