Indian bank offers touchscreen kiosks

MUMBAI, India - ICICI Bank (ICBK.BO) has launched interactive touchscreen kiosks called Sparsh at some of its ATM centers and branches, according to a Business Line news report.

Sparsh will give customers free access to online services provided by ICICI. The kiosks will include Infinity, the online application from ICICI Bank; ICICIdirect online share trading; ICICIconnect, a program that links the retail services of the bank, and Bill Junction.com, for paying bills online.

According to an ICICI news release, kiosks were launched at the Bandra-Kurla extension counter of ICICI Bank in Mumbai and at three other locations in the city.
