The Hubbali-Dharwad Municipal Corp., the municipal corporation responsible for the civic infrastructure and administration of the cities of Hubli and Dharwad in the northwest part of Karnataka, India, will install 12 vending machines to offer safety masks for two rupees (28 cents) apiece, mostly at bus terminals and railways, according to a Times of India report.

The machines, per World Health Organization guidelines, will have three layers and will be managed by Young Indians, a non-governmental organization.
