ATLANTA - InComm, distributor of prepaid products and point-of-sale solutions, announced in a news release a partnership with KING Products and Solutions. The alliance enables InComm to provide retailers with self-service kiosks to offer highly popular prepaid wireless products and bill-payment services. KING custom-developed the kiosk hardware and software for InComm to address the need for a new flexible in-store purchase and payment solution for prepaid and bill payment products.
"What makes this offering unique is the impressive array of products InComm is licensed to distribute and our ability to customize this kiosk offering for any of our current 145,000 distribution locations," said Gordon Breen, InComm vice president of product management and business development. "Because of our strong relationship with retailers, InComm can offer the new turnkey platform and include installation, maintenance and cash management so retailers will be able to earn transaction fees with minimal investment."
The kiosk solution is focused toward the growing cash-preferred demographic while providing convenient locations for wireless and utility bill-payment, top-up prepaid wireless services and as an outlet for content downloads.
"KING engineered a flexible, streamlined and appealing marketing platform for InComm," said KING Products and Solutions chief executive Richard Blasko. "The small footprint and low maintenance will be attractive to retailers and the ease of uploading software will keep InComm's product offerings nimble and relevant."
