In-Touch Survey Systems acquires NCI Mobility

OTTAWA, Canada — In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd., a provider of interactive marketing kiosks, has acquired NCI Mobility LLP of Chicago. NCI combines customized and branded consumer data capture and mobile-marketing applications with interactive devices, such as touchscreen kiosks, to integrate technology into event and sponsorship programs.
 
According to a news release, In-Touch will add NCI's customer base, which includes companies such as Bacardi, General Motors, crocs, MillerCoors and British Petroleum to their own, and will realize immediate economies of scale from consolidating operations. In-Touch will consolidate research and development and operations at its Ottawa facility to improve profit margins and optimize current operational resources.
