OTTAWA — Canadian firm In-Touch Survey Systems, which offers a wide range of data capture products including its interactive marketing kiosk, has acquired NCI Mobility of Chicago, which also provides technology-based data capture tools.

According to a news release, the acquisition of NCI establishes a solid platform for In-Touch's growth strategy of investing in technology to further enhance the value of offerings to clients.
"I am extremely excited about the future of our robust event marketing solution, accelerated by this acquisition," said Michael Gaffney, CEO of In-Touch Survey Systems. "Our customers will reap the benefits of this transaction."
Privately held, NCI was founded in 1995 and currently serves clients in North America.
