In Store Media Systems Inc. picks KIS to build coupon kiosks

AURORA, Colo. - In Store Media Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ISMS) has partnered with Kiosk Information Systems Inc. to build ISMS' first electronic coupon clearing systems. KIS specializes in manufacturing kiosks, ATMs and vending machines.

KIS will design the cabinetry, integrate the components, provide manufacturing specifications and manufacture ISMS' Coupon Bank System.

ISMS President/CEO Donald P. Uhl said KIS was chosen for the project because of its reputation for making kiosks for major corporations and the company's ability to increase production. KIS has the ability to produce 50 or more Coupon Bank kiosks per day.

ISMS is a public e-Commerce company that provides business-to-business Internet solutions for the coupon industry through its two patent-pending, electronic coupon clearing systems, Coupon Bank and In$taClearing, and its patented, in-store, coupon distribution system, Coupon Exchange Center.
