Imaging Technologies provides HR service to call centers

SAN DIEGO -- Imaging Technologies Corp. has formed a new unit of its SourceOne Group subsidiary, CallCenterHR, to provide human resources services to call centers within the United States.

Call center enterprises in the U.S. employ many thousands of people as telemarketers, customer service representatives, fulfillment representatives and providers of information. CallCenterHR will provide services related to employee recruitment and placement, as well as management of human resources services, according to a news release.

CallCenterHR offices will be organized first in the Detroit metropolitan area. Additional offices will be opened over the next year.

"This is another step in our effort to provide human resources services to specialized industries," said Brian Bonar, ITEC chairman and chief executive officer. "Our various subsidiary companies now serve a variety of vertical businesses, including professional sports and medical institutions."
