Tablet kiosk integration can increase customer engagement in numerous industries, according to Adrian Thompson, CEO of imageHOLDERS, who addressed the topic during a seminar at Kiosk Summit in Manchester, U.K., from entertainment kiosks to POS gaming terminals. 

Thompson discussed the way in which kiosk technology can support businesses and focused on how device integration provides a future-proof solution which will improve customer engagement.

"Our self-service solutions were really well received at the Kiosk Summit, and we took the opportunity to better explain how our self-service solutions work with device integration to create a future-proof solution," Thompson said. • Room controls for adjusting lighting and temperature;
• mPOS and payment terminals;
• Express check in and check out;
• Entertainment kiosks; and
• Digital concierge for reservations

The company imageHOLDERS exhibited a new product within its device integration range. The compact kiosk is a full point-of-sale solution with a variety of payment options, suitable for small businesses to large corporations.

Also attending Kiosk Summit, Star Micronics presented its printing solutions within imageHOLDERS compact kiosk on a leaning rail.
