The State of Illinois has once again suspended Carvana's license to sell cars after the company failed to provide buyers their titles, according to a fox32chicago.com report.
The state began investigating the company, an e-commerce platform for buying and selling used cars online that offers a car vending machine, in February following customer complaints and issued a suspension order on May 10.
The state lifted the suspension on May 26 following negotiations and permitted the company to conduct business under strict guidelines. It reinstated the suspension Monday, claiming the company continued to fail to follow its laws.
