Illinois hospital installs temperature screening kiosk for visitors

HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital in Highland, Illinois has installed a temperature screening kiosk in its medical office building library, according to a Belleville News-Democrat report.

The kiosk by Infrared Cameras Inc. prints a label when a visitor is cleared. A hospital colleague is available to provide assistance if needed.

The kiosk was made available from funding received through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act.
