Illinois health group to install harm reduction machine

Jolt Harm Reduction, a health support organization in Peoria, Illinois, will install a vending machine offering free harm reduction products including Narcan 24/7 at its facility at 2203 North Sheridan Road, according to a centralillinoisproud.com report.

The machine was donated by HOI Vending based in Belleville, Illinois in partnership with Carle Health.

It will also provide safe Fentanyl testing strips, sex kits, condoms and safe sex information.
