Ikea to invest $5.58 M in EV charging for delivery vehicles

Ikea, the Sweden base furniture retailer, will invest £4.5 million ($5.58 million) in a nationwide EV charging infrastructure to provide charging points for electric delivery vehicles to support more emissions-free deliveries, according to a streetinsider.com report.

The company teamed with Electrify America last year to bring EV charging stations in the U.S. and aims to reach 100% zero emission deliveries to customers by 2025.
