Idaho woman promotes Narcan machines, opioid awareness

A Boise, Idaho businesswoman who has witnessed the impact of opioids on family and friends has formed a nonprofit called the Seal Project Corp. to inform people about drugs laced with fentanyl and to install Narcan vending machines, according to an Idaho State Journal report.

Amanda Quinn will install Narcan machines Mulligan's Pub and Eatery and is in discussions with other downtown bars.

She is also working to legalize fentanyl strips to help combat opioid related illness.
